    Casey Jacobson

Where is he??? We should make a 2 for 1 trade then bring him back... he could shoot and was a good ball handler compared to the SG/SF we have

He is playing for Tau Ceramica in Spain. That's the team Macijauskas comes from.

We should have re-signed him and let Mache stay over there

For Pete's sake, people. Did you actually watch last season?
The only good thing he could do was attack the lane. Hardly ever scored in double digits, and did nothing else of merit.
You're saying this impressed you more than Kirk and Rasual? OK, the jury's still out on D-Mase, but at least he's exciting.
Why don't you campaign for Courtney Alexander while you're at it?

Carpenoctem, where are you from? I read one of your posts a while ago and you said ..God love em. I've only heard one other person in my life say this. But I agree that I'd take Kirk and Rasual over Jacobsen. Casey was ok but he didn't bring to the Hornets what I thought he would.

I agree with you. Kirk and Rasual are improvements over Casey Jacobsen.

Nashville and Branson. But I picked that phrase up from a guy from Philly.

Oh ok. Because I used to have a co-worker from Crowley, LA and she used to always say.."God love em".

    Thanks for your reply.

I was going to campaign for Courtney Alexander too... and Shammond Williams maybe even Kirk Haston

Synder's an upgrade over Jacobson but I don't think Butler is

I'm not saying he's a stud, but everybody has referred to him as a shooter, and he is showing that skill lately. Also can rebound fairly well. He can play a lot more productive role than CJ, who never once changed a game that I recall (except for the worse).

Everyone's looking for the next "Great White Hope." Casey Jacobson is slow, unathletic, and inconsistent. Plain and simple he is horrible.

Must be something about that Cajun upbringing. I've heard people use the phrase before (I grew up in Lafayette).

Well, the question should be raised-

Would you rather have Jacobsen or Macijuaskas?

    I'd take Jacobsen.

Euroleague macijauskas and jacobsen stats. Same team, same league, but macas 2 x better stats.

    Macijauskas
    Min: 30:44
    Pts:17.8
    2- 56.4%
    3 - 40.1%
    1 - 91.5%
    Reb - 2.2
    Ast -2.7
    Rkg 18.2

    Jacobsen
    Min - 27:19
    Pts 9.8
    2 -57.8%
    3 -45.6%
    1 -75.0%
    Reb - 1.7
    Ast - 0.8
    Rkg - 8.6

You'll never see how good macas is. if i'll see only last 10 games of JRSmith, what i must be thinking about this player?

  23. #23
all the swingmen in our current rotation are better than jacobsen. and yeah, i'd rather give macijauskas a chance to play than to chase him.

  24. #24
Jacobsen plays good in the EUROLIGUE and we don`t need him back......
