I think the cap hit is the same regardless of whether he makes the incentives or not. Only difference is to his (and team's) pocketbook.

Asik has always been a really good player. Last season he had a down year, but in Houston and Chicago he was a very valuable player. The one year he spent with Monty Williams and not with Thibs or McHale/the analytics-sharp Rockets, he suffered, but his best skill, rebounding, was sharp as ever.
I really think you're going to see he and Anderson gain the most from this coaching change.
