Look at the end result, we win, this is AD's team, no doubt now with those guys gone, we are faster, younger, less costly, and most importantly AD knows what transpired and that the Pels brass are committed to winning.

No he's not. He was interviewed today and clips came out with him saying he called Cousins and told him he was rolling with Okafor all day.
AD was caught off guard with Rondo but "not pleased" doesn't mean he's upset with management. Everyone in the Pels organization was "not pleased" with Rondo not coming back.
Grub and mascona say the sky is falling. I think we are better than last season and we are a starting wing away from being dominant.
Even if it is true it's a non story. Everyone on the team or associated with it was not pleased that Rondo left. That doesn't mean they were not pleased with each other or management. Not pleased with how it ended up.
I'm not pleased that my baby still wakes up every 2-3 hours, doesn't mean I'm mad at my wife.
I'm sure it went something like this:
*Dell frantically calls AD* "I just heard the Lakers renounced Randle get on it."
*AD is on phone with Randle selling him on idea of coming to play*
*Dell finds out Rondo is the reason for renouncing*
*AD calls Dell back and says he got Randle on board*
Dell: "Hey I just heard it was Rondo they released Randle for."
AD: "Man I'm not pleased with that. Can you call Randle back now to sew this up?"
How can Davis be mad if the max we could offer was MLE and he left for more money and to play with Lebron. I think Rondo knew cousins wasn’t resigning so he left. Davis shouldn’t be mad about cousins either since he left for significantly less money.
