    Bc Cunningham is apparently better

Wrong, this is a common occurrence for this team. Both Players and coaching philosophy are incompatible.

Well. Can we not just start again? That could be nice.
    Basketball.

I think the pelicans will make this game respectable. It’s the NBA and a run always occurs.

BUT I’ve said this before: The defense is really bad. Discipline is lacking, communication is lacking.

Every game it's 'wow this team is having a career shooting night against us'

People figured out what the common denominator is yet?

    We gotta play with force.

Brilliant words of wisdom, Monty. I mean, Alvin.

Let’s hope we can get 10 wins by the end of November.
DC is definitely looking to roll out of New Orleans not if but when.
He will be traded before the All Star break.
But for now let’s hope he don’t get hurt so we can unload him

Rebounds. 17 to 4 against us.

Just no energy by our players.

So we've actually looked okay for the last few minutes, which begs the question: what the hell happened for the first 8 minutes?

Diallo is wild when going for rebounds. But omg the ball just hit him in the head. Lol. Look alive, young fella!

When Cunningham shoots on the up motion of his jump, he makes most of his shots.

Diallo has springs in his shoes. Jumps at everything, every time, all the time.

Our coaches take away every advantage the Pels have (2 seven footers) make them play above the 3 point line where they can be guarded by 3's who steal the ball from them because they lack the consistent handles to drive past them and make plays. It is truly one of the most confusing coaching directions i have ever seen. No one else that could have been hired would have this team playing this way. I am not even going to try to explain the defense or effort. Very hard to watch.
It's that the Hornets unashamedly quit so quickly in Game 4 after fans in New Orleans showed up this season with greater regularity than the team could have ever dreamed, shaming misinformed know-it-alls like me who kept telling you that local residents couldn't possibly invest their time and money into something as trivial as rooting for the local basketball team while still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. - Mark Stien ESPN

So did AD back around Diallo's age.

Said it before and i'll say it again. Defense is our problem. Erman is actually the one that needs to go. Then Gentry if they can't improve from there. Every game its the same thing; terrible defense giving up too many wide open shots.

One thing that never happened to AD is a pass bouncing off his brain holster though.

    Don't be like Aminu, Diallo.

Maybe, but AD never turned it into fouls quite like Diallo. Rookie AD averaged 3.1 fouls per 100, Diallo averages 7.1. he's very volatile that way.

The difference between AD and Diallo is all upstairs. In physique and talent level, they're kinda similar. Both have excellent hands, springs in their legs, and amazing length. But the game had slowed down for AD by the time he came into the league. I bet playing for Team USA helped a ton for him.

Diallo could get there. I hope we get to see what 24 year old Diallo can do. And not as an opponent.
