If we were more efficient on offense that would tremendously help out our defense. We take bad shots and our defense completely gets our go balance. Babbit is a bad defender but we need his 3 point shooting , therefore he needs to play.

Coming into the season the expectation was playoffs, with many saying #6-#8 seed. I find that hard to get to from where we stand.

Heck i remember arguing about how crazy so many people were thinking we had a chance at a 3-6 seed. Heck I probably need to re-visit my pre-season self before I swallowed the kool-aid and thought this team was still a year and a coach away from the playoffs.

They seem to have a good working relationship, from the outside looking in. I also think AD has praised him for helping him (AD) develop such as he is. But you make a fair point. I'm not sure how much of that is dogged loyalty, and how much is just professionalism on AD's part.
