    I've never had a top 10 pick really outside of the one i gave up for Duncan. i didn't get 1 and 2 overall!!! (***** LOL ); but yeah you're right just stop trading picks until you're a perennial playoff team.

    no i agree I've had a charmed life don't get me wrong. But I've had some heartbreak as well.

    I don't regret that deal because of all the picks I got which I swung for Pierce. That was back when the lux tax didn't exist and the FA classes lacked sizzle.

    I love my fancy stats now, they've helped me really re-evaluate my team. Chris Paul needs to become a more efficient shooter and I need defense. that is the road to happiness
