They aren't losing Jennings, I have no idea why all you guys think they won't match any contract he signs. He a RESTRICTED FA, who shoots <40%!!!!!! Dude is so overrated its unbelievable.
EDIT:I think Cuban throws the max at him once CP and Dwight tell him no, jmo though.

Thunder? Durant, Westbrook, and Harden were all top 10 picks and were easily what catapulted their franchise to the top. It has to be management, although the T'wolves would probably not be in the lottery every year if Rubio could play more than 20 games in a season.
Thunder kill the draft in the late 1st round every single year too.
I said he was a RFA when I first brought Jennings, and said about 5 times since that it would have to be a sign-and-trade with the Bucks to get him. I truly think we'll be the only team that offers him a serious contract, which the Bucks will match, and we'll have to send them some assets.
Bucks management and fans are done with him. They have no plans for him long term. They can take some quality players from us now or see him walk for nothing in a year or so.
As far as <40%, he takes too many shots because he has no other option but to pull up with it. Put him on a team where he's not 99% of the offense I think he'll be outstanding. Westbrook would have the same numbers if he didn't have Durant. I don't think anyone here is going to tell me that Westbrook is a marvelous shooter. He can drive the lane and occasionally hit you with a clutch shot though.
He's probably on par with assists too. I'm willing to take the risk that he stays about the same there or gets better with a good supporting cast. If we can bring him in for the right price he's worth it, because he essentially provides the same things EG provides if we have to move him to the 2 position for less and can actually play a season.
Cuban is going to get his. It isn't going to be Jennings though.
If he signs a contract with us, and Milwaukee matches he can't be traded to us for at least a year so that won't work. He had plenty of option on that team, to assist the ball too. Monta Ellis, a 20+ points per game scorer, Ersan Ilyasova, a 15+ per game scorer. I just don't see the fascination with this kid. He can't shoot, is a ball hog, and is a cry baby. Dude has said multiple times, he wants to play in a big market. No thanks Burke will be better than this kid next year.
Hmmmm, so how did we get Ryan Anderson as a RFA and have to give the Magic Gustavo Ayon? The point is that if the Bucks truly don't want to pay him a max or close to max contract then they will agree to a sign and trade to at least get something out of the deal, and a Vasquez/Lopez swap would be really good for them. I agree Burke probably will be better as a player eventually, but which group is better? Burke/Gordon/Lopez or Jennings/McLemore/(Jefferson or Pekovic)? I'd take the later.

There's a difference between having a pick in the top ten and picking smart. At least three teams you mentioned remain in the perennially rebuilding mode because they fail to scout properly and wind up making picks on players that don't wind up panning out, essentially continuing the cycle of crappiness.
