I hate the minor injury thing. It's absurd. Just because they're minor isn't an excuse, is it? And don't get me wrong, injuries DO happen. Especially minor ones. And he gets A LOT of those.

You just completely ignored this part.

Neither of these were his fault, and they aren't a major concern moving forward. If he had torn an ACL or an Achilles and missed that much time, I'd be worried, but you have to put the missed games in context.

Actually, I did not. Slim was talking about the injuries Gordon has had while in NOLA, I'm talking of his entire career of injuries.

I just have a question for you: If Gordon had played 65-70 games this year, would you still be calling for his trade?

Waiting opens up a can of whole other issues. Now not only do we have to be concerned about Gordon's durability we have to be concern about his performance and his ability to opt out early.

C'mon man, I clearly stated I'm not calling for his trade. However, if he had played that many games, I think we'd all be pretty satisfied.

It's all fine my man! You and I have gotten in some pretty nice debates before. I know nothing is meant in jerkiness (for lack of a better term). All for the love of the game, right?!

My bad, man! lol. I thought you were one of those guys who justified trading Gordon because of his injuries.

No sir. It's all good. I was just kidding around with ya! But no, I just like to see both sides of the debate, know what I mean? I see you're newer here, I'm one of the nicer ones, you'll see!

You have absolutely no way of knowing this.

Maybe Eric got tired of all this and got a PR account to defend himself!

Any time Ej tweeted something Hornets pelicans related he got trolled lol. He wished AD a happy birthday, and everyone started calling him a phony...

People with the he doesnt want to be here crap need to stop being butthurt. If you want him gone thats fine, but that argument is seriously getting worn out.

While it can get overblown it is an issue that can't be overlooked. It sucks that we are in a position where we legitimately have to gauge EJ interest in staying here but this is the landscape in the new NBA with max contracts and limited years. The fact that Gordon can opt out after two seasons is huge.
