We dont have a defensive stud like Dwight Howard though. If AD can move to C im not opposed to the idea; i just dont think he will put on that much weight. Id prefer to find a C that can defend and score inside, and save Ryno for situations down the stretch.

Good luck finding one of those. Marc Gasol is the only one I can think of that can do both at a high level.

It was either Demps or Monty that said he has been working with it over the past 2 months. I think adding a left hand, as well as a little strength, will help him tremendously around the rim.
