    At 5 in the draft I don't like the pick. He has not separated himself enough from other point guards in this draft in my opinion.

    Purple u can crush on the guy all u want ... I am happy he gets you feeling all mushy inside and I hope the kid has a solid career, all these young men have worked hard to get this far, yet I don't believe his talents warrant the 5 overall pick.

    The combine especially the vert test are overrated. "Lob city" Jordan and Griffin posted below average stats in both and nobody would dare question their ability to jump.

    porter measured 6ft8.5 with a 7ft1.5 wingspan with a 36 in vert, i think he will be fine

    This guy not only thinks that but he thinks he's not even th best pg in the draft lol..mind boggling to say the least...waiting for him to give me his list of pgs that are better and his reasoning behind it.

    We need dynamic athletes on this team. Bottom line. You want to beat Miami? You want to challenge OKC and SA? You need athletes. We need to length and we need speed. Lots of it. En Masse. For that reason, I am not interested in Trey Burke. Not enough waterbug to his game for my taste at that size.

    2nd round picks are not hard to come by. Maybe with Shinn as our owner, but 2nds can be bought for relatively cheap. I wouldn't mind Allen Crabbe in the 2nd.
