in 31 minutes he averaged 15-4.5-3.5 for a terrible Sac team
per 36 minutes that is 18-5-4

He is only 23, if he keeps working on his 3 ball and continues to improve it, which I say no reason why he wouldn't being so young, he could be one of the best offensive shooting guards in the league, able to hit the 3, get to the rim whenever he wants and finish, not to mention his passing.

I really dont see why we wouldnt sign him as long as he doesnt ask for too much money.
Sign Tyreke and draft Porter, and I say we had good offseason.

I don't get why people don't think he can coexist with Gordon. He isn't your prototypical three but he can get to the rim. He won't have to be the main scoring threat and use his energy on defense. As long as we have post defenders at the 4 and 5, i don't see why he can't do it.

He's a terrible defender, needs the ball in his hands offensively to be effective. Doesn't play off the ball well. Not a great fit with Gordon.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

So the only players we should go after are guys that can only play off ball? I mean, there just aren't all that many players that can do both. It's usually one or the other. Or they're just average at both.

He's actually a pretty good defender. Just had been asked to be a main scoring option with the Kings. He is strong enough to guard and has the ability. He was great on defense with Memphis under Calipari. Kings just are not a defensive team . Also, one of the "knocks" on him as a pg is that he played better off the ball. He's a combo guard with exceptional strength. He has a 6"11 wingspan also. He has the same wingspan as Blake Griffin to put it into perspective. Combine his athleticism with his court vision as a point guard and you have an awesome fast break and 3 pass ball rotation to set up our bigs.

I'm really not that interested in Smith, but I'm interested to see how Evans plays IF he gets out of Sacramento. That franchise is the joke of the NBA at the moment, along with Charlotte, so I'll reserve judgement until he leaves. There is no question he has talent, but can a coach bring it out? We know damn good and well Keith Smart won't, that guy is a horrendous coach. Anybody remember how he handled Steph Curry?
