    Francisco Garcia??

I love this guys game. He's a great wing defender, can hit the 3 well, and would be a nice veteran presence in the locker room. He turns 32 in December of this year, so I wouldn't mind throwing a 3 year (3rd year as a team option) $7.5-9 million contract (2.5-3 mill per year) at this guy and play him as our back up wing, or he could possibly start at the 3 depending on who we draft or sign in free agency. What kind of offers do you guys expect him to get in free agency?

That is too much money for Francisco Garcia. I would expect him to get no more than $6-6.5mil. I don't think he's worth $7.5-9mil.

That's absurd. He's about to turn 32 at the beginning of next season. No way in hell he's going command anywhere near that much.

Truthfully, I was getting ready to say about $5-5.5 mil. LOL. I mean he can go ahead and ask for it but I surely wouldn't want it to be my team to give it to him.

Still don't see it. The only teams that would actually value him are teams that are in contention. They aren't crazy enough to even give him 5mil per.

If he's going to get a multi-year deal from a contenting team, I'd say about 3-4mil per which is about what Thabo and Allen got. If we're talking about a 1 year deal, it's very optimistic that he receives 5.

I don't think he meant $7.5-9 per year, I think he meant $7.5-9 over three years.

Ok that sounds less insane haha. If we had to pay him that much Andy Garcia would have to be part of the deal. That would be nuts.

That makes more sense. Assuming that's his market, we're going to have to assume that he's going to have a much more attractive option with a playoff caliber team. If he goes to a lottery team, he's going to have to guaranteed a starting spot or a lot of money.

LOL! What position would Andy play though? LOL.

Okay, over 3 years sounds better. Don't know how I feel about Francisco though.

Or replace Wesley with this guy: Quinn Buckner, color commentator of the Pacers.

    Gets me every time!

I like it. Start Andy at Color commentator and move Quinn to the bench. We can sign Gerry V and sit him behing Joel Meyers in the depth chart. Meyers/Gerry V. Andy G./ QB= championship

I don't think he can get this much. I see maybe a team stretching it to 4 mill per year, but I'd be out at that price. If we are going to spend that much, I'd rather just give Martell Webster 4-5 mill per year.

This guy is very talented, and he has been stuck in Sacramento his whole career. They are top 3ish as far as the worst teams to develop you g talent in the league in my opinion. He also had some nagging injuries through his prime. He played well for Houston down the stretch and in the playoffs this year.

I think the thought process with Gordon is to break up with him before he breaks up with you lol. I don't really agree though.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

You're correct lol. If our team is winning i dont see Gordon opting out, and if he does we shed his salary anyways. We dont really need to shed salary anyways in my opinion, and all the big contracts run out when the rookie deals begin anyway. I do talk about Gordon too much though so ill try to shut up lol.
