    THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS SELECT

    Ray Allen

Ray Allen is, even in his old age, very capable of creating off the dribble. He has been a key spark plug in Miami's historic season and is shooting 42% from 3. Ray gives the Spurs one of the better role players in the league in the same role he currently plays with great success. He also brings a player who steps up in crunch time and can hit huge key shots.

Should we just put a can on this whole thing ?

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Lol why? Do we have a deadline to meet or something. Last one took over 3 months to finish this one should be done in a few weeks. You log on everyday so its not like this is a burden to anyone.

Everyone who picks should send a pm to the person picking next.

A ton of people have lost interest and there have been uneven trades to skew results. I'm enjoying, just not sure that 50-60% of the others are.

It's annoying see 1-2 picks per day.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

I haven't lost interest. I'm still interested and intrigued to see who'll be taken next till I get to pick since this is really my first involvement in the site to begin with.

With the 101st pick, the Sacramento Kings are proud to select:

    George Hill, PG

Hill fits the Kings to a T. Offensively he's a guy that won't be a ball stopper and won't take shots away from guys like James Harden and Carlos Boozer, and he also will not give the ball away. What he will do however is add another guy to spot up from three as he's a 37% three point shooter. He'll also add another option to run the pick and roll as he rates 34th in the NBA in the pick and roll. He'll also add a unique post presence as a PG, averaging 0.96 ppp in the post, which is good for a 18th overall rating amongst all players. Defensively he brings elite perimeter skills (0.83 ppp), which will give the Kings a added dimension at the point of attack. He is also one of the leagues elite iso defenders allowing just 0.65 ppp and 32% shooting.

There's one guy who might be a better "PG" overall but Hill was just a perfect fit for my team. I almost took with my last pick.

Yeah he was a perfect perfect fit for my team. Great pick. Really underrated. He's 12th in the league in win shares.

I'm thrilled with my team thus far. I think I have atleast 4 starters who are elite at SOMETHING, maybe even 5.

That was my guy. I was hoping you would take a different point.

    Anyone interested on two 7s for a 5 and a 10?

****! George Hill needed to be on my team. I feel royally screwed right now. lol

With the 102nd pick the Orlando Magic select Andrei Kirilenko!

Andrei Kirilenko's return to the NBA has been unexpectedly spectacular as he has turn around one the NBA's worst defenses. Kirilenko is a long forward who can guard the 2-4 really well recently ranked the 10th best perimeter defender using a statistic formula which is impressive considering the guys he plays with. He is a guy who is top 20 in true shooting percentage who does not need the ball in his hands to be effective. The teams floor spacing of Bosh and Garnett will allow Kirilenko to make off the ball cuts and he will run all over the floor as he is very active. He also brings above average passing and rebounding for his position.

This pick moves Granger to the bench where he will provide a solid scoring punch from the wing.

you can join the sim league, i think the Kings owner is MIA

With the 103rd pick the Phoenix Suns Select:
    JJ Hickson

Hickson is the perfect guy off the bench for me. It allows me to go small at the 5 positions if needed. Also, I can play him at his normal position at PF. I love this pick, because I get a starting caliber player on my bench. If I need something that Faried or Asik can't provide, JJ hickson is my guy. It's a nice luxury to have a guy playing the 4 or 5.

    Chicago Bulls select Goran Dragic

Dragic is a really well rounded, efficient PG who can be a scorer when he needs to but always looks to set up his teammates first. He's putting up solid numbers again this year with a really bad team, after a huge 2nd half last year when he took the starting role for the Rockets
