    There goes my PF. lol

  2. #352
Beeball you really needed Al jeff to go along with Bosh and KG? I know a couple guys you could've really used

  3. #353
I had a really tough time deciding between Millsap and one other guy

  4. #354
Really surprised he last this long.

    Phoenix Suns select:

    Nicolas Batum

This pick allows me to move Faried to PF where he belongs, and I add another defender to my squad. Batum should be the perfect outlet for my PG when teams crowd Kobe. Then Faried will clean up the mess on the boards.

I had Batum behind Gallo and another SF.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

There is still one more I like. But I need to decide between him and someone else...

  7. #357
May be able to get them both. We're at the flip side were you get two pretty close picks. I have 2 guys I really like for my team, but not sure if they'll last till the end of the next round.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I spent a long time looking at the stats between him and Leonard. Some things just popped about Leonard.

Honestly I wasn't even considering Leonard but while researching Batum, Leonard kept popping up.

I wanted Leonard, but you know, I've missed all the players I've wanted... I'm thinking this draft order led to that. I didn't fully understand how pick #5 really messes **** up with getting a quality big man.

If the guy I'm looking for falls to me it'll be a miracle by round 4. Still trying to get back into Round 3 in some shape or fashion. Batum was a quality pick this late. We aren't playing money based contracts anyways so solid pick for a swingman like Batum. I guess you either didn't see my message or care to respond AD23/AD23forMVP

Honestly, it's just a pretty thin position so I had to grab one when I could.

With the 67 Picks... The NY Knicks select C Larry Sanders

Larry Sanders leads the NBA in shot blocking and he is one of the favourites to win the DPOY. He has broken out this year and gives Knicks a solid defensive anchor down low to complement Durant and Aldridge. A paper on interior defense presented at the prestigous Sloan sports analytics conference pointed out that Larry Sanders is the NBAs best interior defender!

What a terrible pairing with Aldridge !!!!

  16. #366
^^^ lol i dont care anymore haha, just wanted to actually be involved in this instead of having to wait 6 more rounds to pick.

oh also since ad23 at one point said Lamarcus Aldridge is not a good defender... here is more on the paper presented at the Sloan MIT conference highlighting that not only is Larry Sanders the best interior defender in the NBA but Lamarcus Aldridge is right up there with him.. making my front court the best defensive front court in this game.

With the 68th pick, the Sacramento Kings are proud to select:

    Anderson Varejao, C

Varejao was averaging 14 points and 14 rebounds before his injury, but luckily this redraft doesn't take injuries into account. Varejao ranks second among centers in offensive rebound rate and second in defensive rebound rate. Varejao ranks second among power forwards and centers in offensive rebound rate and third in defensive rebound rate. So long story short, Varejao is atleast a top three rebounder in the NBA, amongst all players. But that isn't all Varejao is elite at. He's also an elite pick and roll defender allowing just 0.64 points per pick and roll, allowing a unheard of 31.8% shooting. He also allows just 0.83 points in the post on 41% shooting.

Varejao also knows how to play the pick and roll offensively as well, averaging 1.02 points per pick and roll on 50% shooting. Which makes him a top 50 pick and roll player in the league. Last season he averaged 1.09 points per roll on 62% shooting. Which made him a top 35 player in the league. This is obviously huge for the Kings as they now have two pick and roll options for one of the leagues premier pick and roll guards, James Harden.

I'm also going to throw out there again that I am thrilled about my pick and roll offense.
