CBS: Hornets Expected to Move Gordon this Summer

Don't know if this was posted, but this pretty much sums up that Oladipo will be our main target on Draft night. Also maybe Driveman thread is on to something? ?

If they move gordon, Oladipo has to be the guy.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Wouldn't be surprised but I hope we getting something that's worth it.

Another pick to select Burke as well.

This is nothing new, except some moron took what we already knew and made it sound like concrete facts. Terrible writing.

Yeah. Nothing new. I hope there's a taker.

Or else Demps is going to have to be real...persuasive.

Moving Gordon would have nothing to do with the draft. They have no idea where they will pick yet. This aint the NFL. There is a lottery process still to be had. At this point they'd have a nice range of possibles. Trading Gordon would have no effect on that.

Yea they didn't even get all the information right. Gordon wanted to rehab with the team, the FO sent him to LA.

Unless you draft first and trade gordon after...

I seriosuly do not want Gordon in a Pelican jersey, but I feel I will be subjected to watching a lazy gordon next year (if he even plays).

wish we could just find a way to trade gordon for wilson chandler, gallinari, parsons, evan turner, someone like that and just call it a wrap

Was about to say this. It's a lie anyway. If any team was looking to move Gordon it'd be the Pelicans.

I don't think they're "targeting" Oladipo because of Gordon. Wherever they happen to pick, if Oladipo is the BPA still on the board, that's who they'll take. Gordon here next year or not.

Pelicans might target a free agent SG if they trade Gordon for whatever. Maybe Redick?

I hope the BPA is Noel and they keep Gordon.

    Very misleading title.

Nothing but speculation. It's obvious that a team that explored trading a player this season would be open to the possibility of trading said player in the off season.

We're not gonna take Burke, because Monty has Austin pegged as our PG of the future. Send EG to Utah in a sing/trade for Al Jefferson. We'll still have a high draft pick and another max contract. Sign Jeff Green to play the 3 and draft Oladipo.

    Rivers/Roberts
    Oladipo /Mason/Miller
    Jeff Green/AFA/Miller
    AD/Ryno/Lou
    Al Jeff/Smith/Lou

Add a couple more bench guys.

Let's move Gordon get picks, draft Sieva(Louisville's PG) move Rivers to SG, draft a swingman with picks from Gordon trade. There are too many good players out there to have head cases on this team.

Trade for Suns pick.. Pick Mclemore, Burke, Noel or Oladipo with it and ill be happy
