He doesn't have to do well, he only has to keep progressing for the 100th time we aren't competing next year

looking back at this game and a couple things jump out at me besides the porous defense in the second half.....Gordon pretty much went awol in the second half offensively and he didn't get to the line a single time all night....that kind of offensive production (or lack of) just won't get it done....

Though I give Greivis credit for having the nuts to take that last sec shot to win a game w/o blinking, time after time again!

    FYI
A teams PG should never lead his team in shot attempts in a game consistantly

If ANYTHING we need the ball in Gordon's hands late in games to up his stock for this summer. Especially in games where he's hot and hitting those step back jumpers.
    Wherehappens.

Still under restrictions by team doctors to not play in the second game of back-to-back sets, Gordon has had several performances similar to Monday night, when he has struggled to make shots in the second half after having productive starts.

"I’ve been noticing that and so have the coaches,’’ Gordon said after Tuesday’s practice at the Alario Center. "I talked to Coach about that today. I just need to do more things in the second half. This is definitely not one of the better years of my career for sure. I get out of rhythm sometimes.''

Yeah last night Gordo was hitting at .500. Why GV didn't hit him more was upsetting.

...but ping long balls don't come without some losses.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

All y'all keep talking about is this upcoming draft and ping pong balls,

News Flash: This Draft class isn't all that, it's very average!
IMO, one point below average to be honest. There's not one kid in this draft that going to turn a NBA franchise into a winner! So depending on this draft class will only set fans up for mental failure. Tickets sales are already low, the team needs to win Now, after building off of this season the Hornets need a key FA to pair up with our already young core talented guys in AD, Rivers and Anderson!
Another rookie would only add to more headaches w/o a key +23yr old NBA vet signed from freeagency!

It's not below average at all in the range we'll be picking, ESPN watcher.

This draft is better than people give it credit for.

It doesn't have a Anthony Davis or Kyrie Irving but it has guys who will be real good players.

This is a very solid draft. Last year it was just AD and a bunch if ALSO RANS. this year you have 7 guys whonare legit, and 1 guy whonif he came out last year would have been a top 3 pick. The draft is far from weaks. i venture to say that thus draft is going to net us our 2nd or 3rd piece to our big 3. So I would call this draft very well distributed.
