This will make it easier for him than giving you a new screenshot every time something happens in the league.

For example, AD23 always posts "PROCESSED" when he takes care of something. When he posts that he can just add into that post the new stats, or the stats of that player. Simple, really. And it would be up to each GM to organize and sort through their own team stats/information.
Stats go up and down in mid season and training camps. I don't know if you just want to do that or just set one of all teams at the beginning of the season. I think the Latter rather than the Former is less work.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Do stats fluctuate week to week? If so, then maybe a update during Training Camp, Midseason(weeks 11-12), and last sim before playoffs.

I'm ok with beginning and end of season (for FA) and such tbh. I don't need it to be overkill. But i also want to see other teams players. Excel is obviously what you want but whatever i can get would be great. The offseason is very long (A real life month) there's tons of time to get something like this.

If i can get a CSV for every sim I may be able to get advanced stats like i wanted. Its just way too much to manually do everyone's box scores

Am I in the minority in that I don't really want to see numerical values? I think that's part of the challenge in the game that you have these obscure values that you plan off of but there's no definite yes/no as to those values being the final say. I mean, that's more of a challenge because (same on real life) you don't know if your big signing is going to pan out under your scheme and with your team.

Don't look at them then. If one person has them all should. It's that simple. If you choose to not use them, that's your deal.

Yeah Quail. Its not fun when your constantly trying adjustments to better your team and can't figure it out. Then to know that there is a whole other set of ratings. I'm sure all the teams doing really well don't care the ones trying to rebuild and the ones struggling. .. we need this info.

I'd be all for this if those numbers didn't exist.

BUt by virtue of being awesome and running this league, the commish gets to see the values. I don't think people would care if no one could see them, but since AD23 runs the league and does all the leg work in the actual program he sees the numerical values.

Like he has said though, he will provide the numbers if you ask, so it's no big deal. Don't use them if don't want.

I think it would be more enjoyable with just letter grades for the reasons you state, but since they exist, if I get a team, I'd want to see my teams numerical value.

Trust me, I know it's not fun making adjustment after adjustment to better your team and it's not working out. I've been there. Thing is, back when I had the 2nd worst record 3 seasons back? I would've felt the same way. It's not like I've been a dominant team for years and I'm trying to keep the little guy down. Quite the contrary, I've built my team over like 3-4 seasons without these numbers to make adjustments (and thanks to help and insight from other GMs' opinions... who also didn't have these numbers to make their judgements)... some of those seasons were damn right dreadful. So it's not to say without these numbers it can't be done. Yeah, of course it helps out teams, if it's there why not use it? If one person has access to them, everyone should. But they aren't the end-all be-all.

But whatever, I don't care if everyone has them if that's what everyone wants. I don't even care if anyone uses them. All I was asking is if I was the only one who enjoyed the challenge of building a team around some ambiguous letter values.

I enjoy the challenge as well. I like this whole SIM league thing. I made moves when I took my team over and have change things every single SIM. After going 5-2 this last SIM this will be the first SIM I change nothing at all and that feels good. But just knowing that others have seen their other ratings and used them. ..well I think what we want is a level playing field. So at this point its all or nothing.

I would be fine with only the commish having these but at the end of the day someone will always come back and yell conspiracy.

I'm ok with the letter ratings. The number ratings help with trying to train a player. The letter ratings are vague but they still have numerical values.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

I'm with ya quail... number ratings are nice to have when deciding on who to train and if they are made available ill definitely use them but I'd prefer to just keep it the way it is
