I hope AD's shoulder is OK. Not gonna be pretty tonight

Is AD going to play tonight?

Still no Puddin' on back to backs? sigh...oh well. He really needs the rest after those hard earned 10 points last night.

You guys are nuts, I'm watching this game if for no other reason just to see how the guys that are on the court respond to that loss last night. Dont for get this team went into the garden and beat a Celtic team that was doing pertty well earlier in the season without Gordon, and followed it up by beating a pretty good 76'er team at the time on their court. Now I know OKC is miles ahead of the 6ers and Celtics, but I like this team on the road, they seem to play more focused. Win or lose , I'm in. Call me crazy but we could catch OKC slippn, with 5 or their next 7 on the road where they will face the Nuggets, Clippers, Nicks, and Spurs away and the Lakers and Celtics at home. The only "easy" game is the Bobcats. Thats a hell of a swing. It will be a tall order to fill but I'm not throwing in the towel.

I'll watch tonight. Even if/when we get throttled you can still watch to see little things.

How does River play offensively and defensively? Can Vasquez stay with Westbrook for one or two dribbles to allow the help to get there?

If AD is playing, that's enough to watch by itself.

Did you watch the other OKC vs NO this year... it was not fun. Durant and Westbrook do nothing but taunt and school our team. It's annoying.

OKC just kill us. Westbrook will have a field day.

We'll see his stupid gun in the holster thing at least 5 times tonight...

Come on guys this team always surprise us, remember the last time we played at OKC we almost won. Just to see how Rivers plays is enough for me to watch. I wasn't able to catch to game yesterday how did Rivers play?

^^I thought Rivers did relatively well in the time he was given.

Westbrook has shot 35% fg, 37% 3pt, 64%ft, and is averaging 14ppg and 10apg against the Hornets this season. Not all world but he's actually killed more teams this season than he has us. He'll probably go to town tonight though. I just don't even feel like seeing his lizard lips tonight.

And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Very well. Was the only guy we through at Deron Williams who had any sort of success and was 3-4 for 7 points and 3 assists offensively.

Honestly, Westbrook doesn't scare me. It's Kevin Martin that scares me.

    Excluding Durant of course.

Davis is OUT tonight... not w/ the team

    Doug Mouton ‏@DMoutonWWL
Hornets rookie Anthony Davis has a sprained shoulder, he did not make the trip to Oklahoma, and will not play tonight.
edit: so I guess that mean RYNO will start in Davis' place tonight

edit 2: as if you need even more confirmation that Davis is out tonight...

    New Orleans Hornets ‏@Hornets
INJURY UPDATE: Anthony Davis did not travel with the team to OKC and will not play tonight due to a sprained left shoulder. #NOHvsOKC

"The pelican is fearsome. Take a raven, for example: it's omnivorous. It eats bugs, and seeds, and fruit, and carrion. Compared to the well-rounded citizen that is the raven, the pelican is the serial killer of birds." - Barry Petchesky, Deadspin

I was at the game in New Orleans and I get all that, but the Hornets played a tighter game when they went to OKC a few weeks later. Westbrook got away with the star treatment from the refs in New Orleans, probably will again but you never know if the refs call a tight game. I'm not saying the Hornets will win, I'm saying it wouldn't shock me if they do. The schedule is lining up for the Thunder to be looking past the Hornets tonight. Hell the wizards beat them and they barely got by Portland the other night and we could have beat Protland by 46 instead of 36 if Monty wouldn't have slacked up in the 4th.

Pour yourself a nice cup of faith...lol..
