    Otto Porter Last 5 Games {merged-Otto Porter}

in his last 5 games he is averaging

    20 ppg
    9 rpg
    2.5 apg
    2.5 spg
    50% FG%
    45% 3pt FG%

Also he is a beast defender, some people say he can just shoot but he can actually get to the rim with his unorthodox style and score it from anywhere on the court. Basically he can score, defend, and rebound extremely well. Might be my favorite player in the draft.
Can see him having a very good, long, career, reminds me of a better scoring tayshaun prince, which is incredible. He would be an awesome fit with gordon davis and rivers. Plus he finally solves our SF problems thank God.

not to mention he had like 35 points against syracuse, he might be the best player in the country.

He's a need and I think he will be there when we draft. Would be great.

Ever since Greg Whittington was suspended, Porter has gone off. He's basically been putting up those kind of numbers for all of conference play in one of the toughest conferences in the country.

I think he's a terrific prospect. My only concern is his lateral quickness on defense, but even then I'd only say it might be slightly below average, and he has the length and smarts to make up for it. I don't really see how he isn't at least a solid role player in the NBA. I don't see him as a sure fire all-star, but I think he might make an appearance or two like Luol Deng if everything pans out.

Yeah man, he's been growing on me. I think he'll fall because he can't create his shot too well, but he could be an elite role player.

    Offensive Rating - 122.6
    Defensive Rating - 82.8
    TRB% - 14.0
    TS% - 61.0

i don't see him falling out of the top 7, and we are winning a few extra games atm

Im on the bandwagon, hope we get him. No disrespect to Aminu who I think has been doing great things defensively for us, but I really want a better all-round game from a starting SF

I like him a lot, but at our current rate I think he's taken right before us. Same with Oladipo. I think we end up 8-10.
    Wherehappens.

Marcus Smart, Otto Porter, Shabazz Muhammad, Michael Carter-Williams, CJ McCollum, Trey Burke

I'd be happy with any of those guys.

    Otto Porter Last 5 Games

Was not impressed at all with Michael Carter-Williams.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Yesterday? Yeah, I can see that. He attacked without care too much, I didn't like a lot of the shots he was taking.

Well I dont see us finishing better than 10th overall so we will get atleast 1 of these guys:

    mclemore
    shabazz
    smart
    zeller
    noel
    Len
    Porter
    Burke
    oladipo
    anthony bennette

also very interested in glen robinson III

i can live with any of these guys. but honestly i see us finishing around 6 and i see porter being there, if not trade the pick for a vet SF like wilson chandler and sign budinger, and we are great.

I really think Porter or Burke would be the best fit for us. I'd lean toward Burke, but Porter would be a fine pick as well ... legitimate SF's that can play are very difficult to find.

Of the guy's you have mentioned which of them would be able to take the starting role in 2013/14?

With Monty, probably none barring injury. But, I'd put money on Porter and Burke being able to crack our starting lineup by the end of next season just based off of our SF and PG play.

I think Otto Porter could be a very similar player to Paul George. I think at worst we land him or Burke in the draft, and i'm cool with that.

  24. #24
I'm all for porter coming to this team but I gotta tell u guys I think some ppl thinking we draft around 10 is way too low. At the moment we are tied for 7th worse, but only 2 games away from being 3rd worse. There are 3-4 teams that I really do think finish better than us in Washington,Cleveland,Minny and possibly Sacramento and Phoenix. Putting as at 3rd or 4th worse. Check out our remaining schedule it's pretty rough and I don't see us winning more than 7-8 more games max. Just my opinion tho.
