Been full season ticket holder since Day 1. However, probably the least happy with their treatment of season ticket holders now than ever before. But that is another story.

I'm a college student on loans and a Pell grant with no job anymore. I'd love to go to a Hornets game. But every spare dime I get goes to gas money, into my stomach, or saving up for rainy days. This ain't a woe is me deal, just how it is.

But I'm fan'd up enough for 3 people! Don't make me get the fillet knife again...

That's not what in saying or meant and I think you know that.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I actually gotta sing tonight. Choir rehersal, Ol' Man River, and barbershop quartet stuff. I'll miss the first quarter or more, I think.

    ?????

If I took this the wrong way: "I'd be willing to bet less than half the people on this board don't have any form of season tickets (I do). We collectively as fans aren't doing our job."

Then I apologize, 100% my bad. But I don't know how else to take that.

God I know this feel... Work and going to school though, most of the games I have to rely on John D and Sean Kelley on the radio

Quote the whole thing. I said doing their part and listed an example. Did I say it was an all inclusive list? Do I have to spell out... Season tickets of some form.. Or go to games..or buy merchandise or following and supporting this team.. You're in here, right ? You talk hornets all day with us.. So I'm clearly not talking about you. I also said that financial situation pending afterwards.

"If you as fans aren't doing your part" who decides what's your part? Doesn't matter we are just nit picking now. You did say financial situation depends afterwards. I think to just chose your words wrong or didn't convey your message like you truly meant to.

I'd be willing to bet less than half the people on this board don't have any form of season tickets (I do).
^^^ is what ****** me off, it didn't sound good. Sorry if I took it the wrong way.

By that I meant, I was practicing what I preach. I support the team. To be honest , I could care less who I make angry with a statement if I feel is truthful. But I think you are correct about me not using my words the way it was intended. The fact remains, if you have the means and you're a fan, you need to support the team.

As I said, I have had full season tickets since day 1. However, I have a hard time telling people what to do with their money. I would like for everyone to support the team through ticket purchases, but the fact remains that season tickets are a luxury, not a necessity.

Which is my point with "if you have the means".

That's subjective. I "have the means" for ST's but there are just too many games a year to guarantee that I'd go to every one. Especially since tickets for most games on stubhub are in the 3-9 dollar range for any game that's not the Lakers/Heat.
    Wherehappens.

You know there would be certain people on this board who would still be mad because Monty didn't give Davis enough minutes to get Finals MVP or that Dell didn't trade for or sign Thornton so another Tiger could get a ring. Stupid ish like that.

As far as tickets/attendance go, I don't want to hear complaining about low attendance is from people who are able to go to the games, but choose not to.

Pretty much everything is subjective. I'm pretty sure my main point is clear. People can pick apart examples given to pieces. But I think my main point is pretty clear. Not only that but the group on this board is highly skewed. Most people posting don't fit into the criteria I'm even speaking about since its obvious by you being a member here you care.
