    Paul George Trade

    Let the flaming begin

just curious is it even a possibility that they would trade us george for gordon and GV? I doubt it
What about Paul George and someone on a bad salary they wanna dump for Gordon, Vasques and our 2014 First round pick, and would u do it?

The pacers do need a PG and SG

Sorry I know its been beat to deathI just want gordon off the team and i want a nice young SF

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

George Hill is doing fine for them at the point.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

I think we should focus on more gettable players and propose more realistic trades.

Can we all please just drop Paul George? Pacers are not about to trade a young all star for An injury prone player & GV. Its ridiculous

MY buddy is the biggest pacers fan and says Hill is doing terrible, idk if its true or if he has good stats but he says that the organization is not happy with him at all at the point and is looking for a true PG.

    Paul George Trade

    Come on, HG....

Maybe I am crazy but I just think a PG that is on the verge of being an allstar, a top 5 SG if healthy, a lottery pick in a very great draft in 2014 and losing a bad contract just for George might be too much for them to giveup, if Gordon ever becomes fully healthy like Wade did this trade would be so great for the Pacers it wouldnt even be funny...

Our chance to get Paul George on this team vanished the moment the Pacers took him first.

It's over. Only way he comes here is as a free agent several years down the line. Or the Pacers GM starts habitually inhaling methane and chlorine.

puttin my money on the latter

I was literally screaming like the toronto fans were screaming when they took terrance ross, that was me when george went 1 pick before us.

    Give it up man!

    It's not happening.

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

PLEASE! we just need a SF!
if we could move gordon for a great SF and draft mclemore or shabazz we would be golden. I just cant think of any SF i'd trade gordon for besides George, anybody comes to mind? Some will say parsons but he doesnt quite do it for me.

looking back on the 2010 draft, look at all the players that have been here

    aminu
    aldrich
    henry
    brackins
    pondexter
    vasquez

and who we could have drafted at 11 instead of aldrich/brackins trade

    davis
    patterson
    sanders
    seraphin
    bledsoe (!)
    bradley
    crawford

Ah. The classic "look back on the draft and say that we {edited-veiled cursing} because there were better players down the line". heh.

BTW, that was Aldrich for Vasquez/Jason Smith. I'd take deal to be sure

I think Gordon will be a better player than George if he gets back to full strength, and a better fit for our team since he can create offense more than George

I would take Vasquez/Smith combo over every player on that list but Bledsoe and Bradley. I don't regret it at all.

aldrich and mopete were traded to the thunder for brackins and pondexter
brackins and songaila were traded to the 76ers for smith and green
pondexter traded to memphis for vasquez

so yes, aldrich eventually became smith and vasquez

would you trade smith and vasquez to the clippers for bledsoe?
i would, in a heartbeat (sorry jason smith!)

    how about this?
draft bledsoe at 11, trade mopete to the 76ers for smith and cap filler
