everyones only concern with him would be his offense ability at the NBA level. i've seen enough moves to impress to me that i'm not concerned about a rookie year slum in low minutes. before next seasons tip he needs to see the game slow down and bulk up

This is something I would hate to see. Davis should not slow his game down at all.

I don't think he meant that Davis should slow his game down.....

    What's going on Davis?

He's just not ready to have an offense run through him yet. Maybe 2-3 years off from being able to receive the ball in the high or low post and be able to do work. Whether that work is passing to the open man or taking it himself. I really see him becoming an Aldridge type player on O which IMO is pretty damn good.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I only take this stats for FT%, because AD at the begining of the season he was on 70-80% but now he can't make 2 in a row. I think that it's a evidence of what is going on his mind

Wait you just meant to ask what's going on with his FT%? Oh

It's in his head a bit, and he hasn't been getting there as much since he's been jump shooting a ton lately (not very well either). It'll settle.

2-3 years before he can receive balls in the paint? I'm totally not buying into that.

I'm just wondering if that's where we're ultimately going with him. Running the offense through him.

If he can handle it, i'd assume so. I can't really see Gordon being here for 3 more years. Not saying i do or don't want him here with that. Hard to tell the future with it, but i'd love to see him get the ball at the elbow or maybe 2 feet outside of the block and allow him to operate/ make the right play.

    What's going on Davis?

I'd love to see Davis as a 20/12/4(assist)/ 3 blacks and a steal in his prime.

People forget that this is only his 2nd season at the PF position, and really, at Kentucky, he never played in the post offensively (aside from catching the lob). He is only just NOW working on a post game, and you see it at times with his hook shot and his face up game. I think he can make a living driving to the hoop and getting fouled, and most of the time it is an and-1. Kid has crazy touch around the basket.

Give him time, let him gain some strength and refine his moves. He'll be a stud.
