I can't call him horrible as I do believe he built a great team. But something clearly went wrong. I believe our meltdown was due to his decision making. This team clearly had talent but never really clicked. Either Green was the completely wrong hire, he built a very poor balanced team or both. I believe most in the former. The latter is a question mark as we only saw the super roster under Green.
