It is what it is. Good game. Unlucky. We fought. We just need to do a better job against that zone. I am not going to fault the guys for that one. It was a back to back and we almost took it.

He made an incredible shot to tie the game right beforehand. It’s not his fault. We literally do not create good looks for him so he has to throw up miracles. I think the FT miss is fair to criticize. For someone that shoots them as well as he does he needs to make them.
At least our 23yr old player is well rested.......
Im not mad about that game. The Pelicans played without CJ, Zion, and TM3 who are 3 of our top 4 scorers and Minnesota had their big 3. Its encouraging that we were able to be competitive under those circumstances.
We played fast and with energy 3 quarters. Why we have to slow things down in the 4th? These loses grind my geers. We had this one, we played good and i would say we even deserved it. And then we let it go.
Against the zone....our zone busters were nowhere to be found.
They hit their threes down the stretch; we didn't.
Better to rest him on back to backs than to have him miss months. Its a long season
I understand the frustration but I would gladly take a healthy Zion to the postseason. That is more important. I think all in all we are in a really good position as our schedule has been fairly tough and we are keeping afloat. When things get easier and bodies come back, we need to take advantage.
