Oh I know that, but I’d like to see more recent play and some SEC DPOY performances.

Center Liam Robbins will not be available, but will be invited to training camp. This is from Bird Writes. (I believe he had a leg injury that ended his season. Likely still recovering.)

Liam Robbins..... looks like he shows glimpses of being a 3&D center . He joins Jose Alvarado and Herb Jones as recent conference defensive player of the years that we have signed.

Robbins not being invited could’ve been due to the season ending right leg injury he suffered back on the first day of March. Nonetheless the 7-foot big is one of the most productive and top prospects left off of the list. His 3-and-D archetype is rare to come by for a player at his size but he has shown the ability to stretch out a defense as he shot 36.5% from three this past season while blocking 3.2 shots per ga

It seems like every year the Pelicans are among the last teams to announce their summer league signings. I believe they are playing the week after next. I know there are a number of guys already on the roster that might go, Robbins will not play due to injury, and a center will likely tryout. While they may resign Hayes, I think the back-up center role is open for competition.

Robbins looks smart. His blocks are all in bounds and to teammates or himself. No Jaxson Hayes "swat out of bounds and scream" blocks. Just good positional defense and actively trying to turn a block into a fast break. Hopefully he heals up soon.

Liam Robbins would have been 3rd in the nation in blocks per game has he played more games (or not listed for eligibility reasons). Ahead of Colin Castleton, TJD, and Lively. Moves well for someone so large.

But the hands can turn into stone when going after rebounds. Looks kinda awkward (imo) sometimes even using both hands to corral rebounds.

Has a nice touch on jump shots though.
