2023 NBA draft thread.
Here it is - we are now only 9 hours away from the NBA draft beginning.
As a result, I think it's appropriate to open up the official draft thread.
This isn't a place for us to discuss who we think should be traded or whether we should keep #14 or anything like that - threads already exist where those discussions are ongoing. This is purely a thread to follow the draft as it happens.
I will be posting updates on picks as they are being made in this thread, using Shams, Stein, Woj, etc, as sources; this means some picks may be reported early. If you want to avoid seeing that, it may be worth it for you to visit the thread after picks are made on the broadcast rather than beforehand.
Any trades that directly involve the draft (either they occur while teams are on the clock, involve picks from this draft, or both) will be posted in here. Any other trades that might happen will stay in the General Offseason Thread.
Let's keep our fingers crossed for a fun draft night, hope the team has a good plan, and look forward to seeing what happens.
