Tough opponent on the road, minus Zion and BI.

Will Jarret Allen be able to contain JV?
Will Dyson be able to slow down Mitchell?
Will Larry have a "revenge" game?

So is Brandon Ingram ever coming back?

  4. #4
Dyson has to be more willing to pull the trigger on those corner threes

Devonte should never see the court...he can't shoot and he's too small to defend most guards. I'm ready to move off of Jackson too. Sure he has tremendous athleticism but he doesn't know how to use it offensively outside of dunks. Please, please, please let BI and Zion come back soon!

Small lineup with 4 guards got killed on the boards today. Not a whole lot Coach can do with guys out. It’s a shame because they are leaving winnable games on the table.

One thing that he can do is -> GIVE ANYBODY else Graham’s minutes! He is wasted space on the court. AND Willie has him running point! Good Lord. Boing Boing Boing Boing Boing Boing, bad pass, run down the court and get beat on D! Or Boing boing boing boing boing boing , missed 3.

This was a terrible game by Willie. That’s two in a row. They would have lost against Detroit if they were any good. He has to stop giving the other teams so many small advantages that lead to collapses. Giving Cleveland an intentional size advantages which allows them to PNR you to death is ridiculous.

He actually had 13. He was fouled while shooting multiple times. Resulting in FT’s.

Don’t know what words those would be. 13 shot attempts is more than sufficient. You act as though they weren’t giving him the ball. He was double-teamed and trapped multiple times.

Devonte regressed on his defense tonight, and Jaxson continued to draw vacuum. When they were on the floor together for long stretches it was brutal. I would like to see Hernangomez get most or all of Jaxson's minutes for the rest of the season. For now, give Garrett Temple and Kira each some of Devonte's minutes. When Herb gets back give all Devonte's minutes to Herb and restore Temple to the bench. Maybe give 4-6 minutes to Kira unless he stinks.

CJ had an off night, and the officiating cost us at least 10 points. Phantom and touch fouls on one end, offensive fouls and no-calls in the paint on the other end. Can't fight that....

Yes, the officiating was very inconsistent. I've never seen so many moving pick calls and how many times did Naji and CJ drive the lane, get "muscled" into bad shots with no call? I too would have played Kira over Devonte. Kira doesn't seem intimidated to take it into the paint and has a nice shot on pull-ups from about 10 feet out.

Not only we were missing our 3 starters, but we also played one of the best rebounding teams in the league (and we are among the worst). I didn't expect us to win this game.
That said, we need to find way to improve rebounding. 43-28 is unacceptable ... Hayes had 4 fouls and 0 rebounds in 10 minutes.... Hernangomez needs to get some minutes in this type of game.

Im just waiting for the dreaded word: BI and Zion out for the season news...

You play 3 good quarters only to get completely lost at the beginning of 4... Missed win opportunity.
