Im not sure his problem is lack of effort. He just isn't efficient with his effort. Its super chaotic because he doesn't know what he's doing at any given time.

Its a mix of things with him, mainly his very low basketball iq that limits him..but if he could at least rebound and try he might get a few minutes, but he can't even rebound which makes him useless

I feel like we are playing better without zion right now, which makes sense for someone who is consistently out. Hopefully by the end of the year it's better with zion.
