Even if the Pels win this game, they are so bad it's embarrassing you can have this talent on paper and they can't use it.

What a pathetic quarter. Whole team should be ashamed.
    Basketball.

We are looking like a play in team at best

  4. #29
Naji getting cooked this whole entire 2nd half and Willie won't bench him. Wtf

  5. #30
    Lol this team is bad.

We desperately need another top 5 pick

This game was house money. As long as we keep pushing Lakers down

Who cares if we need energy and loudness from the crowd to win. Just win baby

CJ can’t shoot from 3 so why is he?

Because he’s a career 39% shooter from 3, therefore he’s used to seeing his 3s hit.

Eric Gordon has never fouled anyone in his life.

As woeful as CJ has been this year you have to understand that prior to this season he has never shot worse than 37.5% from 3. His scoring instincts from hundreds of games are not going to change in 12 games of a season.

This game is so weird. First, second, fourth, we dominate them. Third, we randomly just get mown down. This should be a 20+ point blowout based on 36 of the minutes - hell, more than that, on like 42 of the minutes. Just a dreadful run to give up in the third.

dyson playing time as was requested lol

Obvious names aside, big props to Jose tonight. Really important player on this team so far this year. We're just better when he's on.

Jose nance and zion played very well tonight.

Saw Zion fighting for and getting some key defensive boards under 4 min in this game. Very good to see that. You could tell he was feeding off of Jose's energy and wanted to match it on D.

Pels are 7-6, keeping their heads above water. Next game is against the 9-4 Grizzlies, which is obviously a much larger challenge than the Rockets.

I guess the good news is that while the Grizz are 5-1 at home, they're only 4-3 on the road? We'll see how that goes.

Last year Garrett Temple is this year Naji Marshall. He was a statue all 2nd half and he was getting cooked on defense. If Naji is getting 5+ minutes. He's a detriment to winning. The game quickly turns to 4 on 5 basketball the longer he stays in and it doesn't help that they put him in a line up that's just putrid on defense and has an ice cold CJ laying bricks

I still have graham as worse than naji.

Why can’t Dyson play more? Give him some of CJs minutes.

I can't believe we put up with him for four years.

In no way, shape, or form has Naji's play been anywhere close to Garrett Temple last year. Like AT ALL. He has not played "putrid" defense. Most NBA players will get "cooked" a few plays by Houston's back court.

But even tonight he at least got a steal, and sparked two buckets with assists in the lane.

    Like seriously...wtf

It seems to be a mental battle with this team right now. The dumb unforced turnovers continue.

The brain dead passes. Get completely confused by zone defense. And it seems to crop up against teams they should easily beat on paper.

I guarantee you they'll look like a focused top 4 team Tuesday against Memphis....because it's Memphis and not Houston or Indiana.
