Zion showing aggression on the offensive boards! YES go ahead big fella

This is a horrible defensive coaching game so far.

Wtf are you doing switching a McConnel screen for? The guy hasn't made a 3 all year. Yet they keep switching it.

It's all effort, he needs to also show that effort on the defensive glass and he's done that today.

BI doesn't fade away and he doesn't get blocked.

I swear, BI loves increasing the difficulty level for absolutely no reason

He can't complain why he doesn't get FT's.
I wish he'd study Kobe on that side of the game.

I'm really getting tired of these fade away shots that BI puts up. He has the length FFS....towards the basket and take some contact.

He is really good at making those shots and they are almost impossible to defend.

My bad for being an optimist earlier today and telling you all this is an above average team right now. I will own that.

    Hasn't made one this game.
    He just over complicates it.

he makes them all the time. Was Hakeem Olajuwon over complicating things?

The fact that they are impossible to defend is irrelevant because they're such high difficulty that they don't need defending.

difficult for other people maybe. BI feasts on that mid range fadeaway

His shots outside of the key is fine, I'm more pissed at the shots he takes in the key. You should be moving towards the backet and drawing contact to go to the line.

BI is shooting the long-midrange at about 33% this season, and shot it at about 39% last year. These are not 'feasting' numbers. He has shot it better than that before - about 43% in each of the four years prior - but he could definitely be making things easier for himself.

Chris Paul, for example, has zero of BI's advantages in height or length but has shot the long-midrange at 48% or better for the last 7 seasons, and hasn't shot worse than 43% from there since he was 21 years old. Now that's 'feasting'.

where are you getting this from? The stats on NBA.com say different, its a pretty detailed breakdown including the range of all the shots as well as type of shot, including fadeaway, which is showing as 44.4%.

Our defense is so poor and our 3-pt shooting volume is so low that it leaves us with a very small margin for error on a night-to-night basis. Tonight, we're turning it over and not grabbing any loose balls... Not looking good.
