Yes but he's also a headcase with knees made out of graham crackers so he can go elsewhere, imo

Chris Grant was the GM in Cleveland in 2011 (when KI was drafted). Griff was there from 2014-17.

But Kyrie was the #1 pick in that draft it was kind of a no-brainer, but nobody knew he'd be nutjob that he has become.

Griff was the VP of basketball operations there from 2010. How much input he actually had on the draft is something I don't know but he was in an executive position for the Cavs for the Kyrie draft.
