    Pelicans January 9th - New Orleans Pelicans @ Toronto Raptors - 14-25

On the road again, this time we're taking on the 19-17 Toronto Raptors.

They're a top 10 offense and a bottom 10 defense, which is intriguing to compare to our own bottom 5 defense and bottom 5 offense.

Raptors are on a 5 game winning streak, whereas we've lost 3 of our last 4, so it'll be interesting to see how this turns out.
    Basketball.

Vanvleet playing out of his mind right now. Just goes to show how 'measurables' can come to mean nothing.

Their last win over Utah is misleading. The team from Utah sat or didn't have any of their starting 5.

At least the schedule now has games that are winnable instead of back-to-back elites.

I wish Josh Hart could stay healthy.

I don't see much of a way NAW gets a second contract

I feel like he may get traded. Him, Jax or both.

If Hart plays instead of the slightly better version of Bledsoe (Temple) they probably win. Really needed Hart on the boards.

I wonder if Hart hasn't gotten the jab so he couldn't enter Toronto?

I read that it was a situation where if he was to test positive on the trip he could be quarantined for several days in Toronto. The team wasn't willing to risk losing him for 2 weeks due to Canada being a bunch of loony toons. I don't recall what the specific situation was that lead to this possibility.
