Pelicans December 21st - New Orleans Pelicans vs Portland Trailblazers - 10-21

Tonight, after a postponed Sixers game, we are schedule to take on the 13-18 Blazers.

The Blazers have lost 7 of their last 9 and 10 of their last 13, but are currently on a small two game winning streak. So are we, so someone's streak has to break tonight. Let's hope it's theirs.

    Let's see.
    Basketball.

Dame is flopping like a chump and the refs are falling for it.

Impressive play from BI so far. He’s finding his stride and becoming a problem for defenses.

Refs are trying to keep Portland in this game.

Very nice. BI needs to hit his damn FTs tho.

Great win for our Pels! Poor Dame wasted a tech with .5 seconds left in the game.
Actual proof Greivis Vasquez can throw Anthony Davis an Alley-OOP on an (kinda) fastbreak!

We actually won 3 in a row. Can y'all believe it.

Hope we see this version of NAW going forward.

I'm happy for NAW, he seems like a genuinely good guy. Despite what AD says, I do think NAW's biggest issue is confidence. Just because you're taking a lot of shots doesn't mean that you're confident they're going in. Maybe a game like this will give him a little more confidence going forward.

As an aside, do we ever win a replay? And I'm not criticizing Willie Green for challenging these calls, most of his challenges I agreed with. I mean that last foul that Herb got was absurd.

Temple and Sato continue to be awful, and I will celebrate the day that they are no longer on this team. (PLEASE BE SOON)

The only thing different about this NAW is that his shot fell. He still gots lots of development to due and I hope people are patient.

BI played well again, showed burst to the rim, and they won. Recipe for a dead thread.

How long until Portland blows it up? Lillard was clearly frustrated at the end.

I'd gladly take Powell or McCollom off their hands.

Anyone notice at the end of game Dame was losing his mind at something. Was it a ref or a fan?
