Imagine being 7'1, 260lbs+, 2x DPOY, and just getting folded in half like a deck chair by a 6'6 20 year old. Gotta hurt the pride.
    Basketball.

Praise to SVG for running the intelligent and innovative offensive system known as Zion Williamson this third quarter

having a big in the dunkers spot instead of on the perimeter brings a couple of buckets...hmm
Just another Kiwi basking in the reflected glory of Steven Adams....bask bask...

Bledsoe reminding me he's Bledsoe... Shame.

It crazy watching Zion dominate. It seems like his game can get so much better. Doesn't really seem like he's really scratched the surface on his overall potential.

This 3rd quarter synergy and movement is wild

It's wild that we can say that.

We just watched a 20 year old take the best team in basketball right now and spend a whole quarter just rubbing their nose in the dirt, totally trampling their 2x DPOY centre, and we're like ''there's so much obvious room for growth''.

    That's special.

    And you know what?

The defense hasn't been that terrible either.

In paint... It's a lot tighter, but still struggle on screen 3s. Law of Averages defense showed up today.

I really hope we hold on for the last quarter and gives our team encouragement what they can achieve with slightly better defence

Redick hasn't been terrible tonight either. The shot is falling, at the very least

Yeah I'm not asking for perfect right now any better play is enough to cheer me up

The Jazz are shooting 40% from 3, by the way. It's not that they just can't hit, they can. We're just shooting 61% from the floor which'll generally do it.

They did go like 2-9 in the 3rd. So that helps a lot.

Sure but they've hit 16 threes tonight overall on 39%, which is about what they typically average in a full game, so while you can point to individual cold stretches their overall shooting has been very much within the realm of normalcy for them.

Definitely his best game in a good while.

We have only taken 10 threes tonight as a team. That's kind of wild. Ingram hasn't taken a 3.

Did Lonzo just say, "That's all day"after he took that mid range just now?

    Ok Zo! Looool

  23. #73
Probably one of Lonzo's 3 best games of the year tonight, honestly.

  24. #74
So, If Lonzo become a player that takes a month to get going as a shooter... Do you bet on his potential to grow into a good defender and resign him? Looking at FA... I don't really see us hauling a big Superstar outside of maybe a trade...

We can always hold on and trade him down the road. His value is just gonna increase unless we can find a really trade for a Superstar now... Which I don't think there is any on the market...

    Bledsoe trolling Rudy lol
