You're arguing as if I disagree.

Usage as in good shots and not iso ball with 6 seconds on the clock. The ball rarely moves around.

My mistake. When you say usage, I think of the actual thing, Usage Rate. Which involves shots, not just ball movement.

You know it’s bad when Lonzo is the only one on the team with a positive +/- but he can’t score.
Part of why nobody should ever trust single game +/-. It's not luck adjusted, it doesn't account for whether you play your minutes against starters or bench guys, doesn't account for who else is on the court with you, etc. Bad stat.
