He does seem to be a genuinely very nice guy. Sucks that he had to go, but it was just beyond time.

Yeah we all know Al is a good person, because his coaching is definitely not the reason he has been in the league so long. He just has the ability to work ppl and make them comfortable with him.
Getting ready for him to move into commentary. I think he'll fit nicely.

He does have coaching knowledge of the game and ability, just not as a head coach. Thats a different game.
