Thread: August 13th - New Orleans Pelicans vs Orlando Magic - FINAL BUBBLE GAME

    Absolutely dismal transition D lol
    Basketball.

Frank goes under the screen for no reason, and then fouls the shooter. Luckily they called it offensive, which they almost never do, but 98% of the time that's Frank's foul.

  3. #28
Frank just made possibly the nicest skip pass of his career and Melli blew it

  4. #29
77 points in the first half for the Magic.

That is the second time in the bubble we have given up at least 77 points in the first half.

    Amazing.

Quick: Someone remind me why we utilized 11 and 12 man rotations this year.

    Incompetence.

Frank puts up so many shots, man.

If you decided to let him, I bet he could take 60 shots in a game, no problem.

NAW has had a lot of turnovers tonight but he's also playing at a fairly assured pace. Hints of what skills could be in there, iif allowed to grow.

Side note, Hart is up to 15 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists in 25 minutes.

    20/15/8 game for Hart? lol

On one hand, I can't believe we're gonna get 30 balled in our last game of the year.

But on the other hand, is there anything more fitting for this team?

At least they are passing turnovers and not just getting stripped.

He looks really good driving to the basket. Just needs to get better when he faces pressure.

I look forward to a coach who simplifies the game for him and let's him play more 2 guard.

It might be just me, but 8 of 15 with the back-ups sure looks better than 2 of 13 with the starters.

Well, at least the draft should be interesting.

Jrue and 1st for Levert and Jarrett Allen?

Nah, LeVert's not nearly as good as people think. I like Allen but I'm not spending big to get another big who can't stretch the floor or handle the ball at all.

Giving up a first? To pair Jrue with Kyrie and Durant? Not a chance.

I'd like a future where Zylan becomes our Lance Thomas/Kenny Hustle type player. If he's got the brains for it, who knows what kind of defender he can become. Just hope he learns how to shoot a bit.

This group has shown more heart than the ones. I know they are laying tape; hoping for a job next year, but it's still gratifying to see players play like it matters.

Some good stuff to take away from this game actually.

Like what? Granted... Neither Levert or Allen are in their prime.

On second thought, we can probably keep the 1st. I didn't realize the Nets where looking for a Vet star, but their picks would be worthless.

Levert's talented but he's older than you'd think and his game is really too old school a scorer to be much more than a really good 6th man because he's a tricky fit with a lot of teams.
