There's actually been a lot of research into foul rates and stuff and basically you should never sit a player cause they have 2 fouls, even if it's right at the start of the second quarter. The odds that a guy will foul out from 2 fouls at any point in the first half are super low. You have to just go with it.Originally Posted by luckyman

I think its the defensive end. Everybody scores on the kings. But giving up 50 points in the 1st quarter is inexcusable. Something stupid is going on in practice for this team to routinely get torched to record levels.

I would pay Zo to drive the ball more.
Zion is 7/7 from the floor and has 18 points.
When he catches the ball it either goes in or he gets fouled.
So why we aren't hunting him, I have no clue.

But regular season past his prime Rondo is pretty bad to mediocre. Playoff Rando is a blast to watch, tho. I give you that.

Rondo is one of the most overrated players of the last decade. Before that, there's argument, but Rondo is actually a fantastic litmus test for how much you know about basketball.
For example, if you think Rondo is a top 10 passer in NBA history, you don't know what you're talking about and you're easily tricked by box score assist numbers.
Rondo is one of those players that people who don't know anything about basketball like to stan to pretend that they do know what they're talking about, but that actually knowledgeable basketball people have been over for years.
