    He really needs to fix that, it's not acceptable for a young guard to have as much trouble as he has finishing. It's odd because he actually has bounce, you can see it in his alley oop dunks.

    He's still scared of contact. He has the athleticism and the strength to go through people and finish strong but he doesn't because he's scared of contact, either just from general physical fear or because he hates going to the line cause he knows he sucks there. Whatever the reason, it leads to him trying all these scoops and floaters and layups and he just does not have them in his arsenal. He has some of the worst touch in the NBA on those shots, and needs to just stop it.
