    On a brighter note

Some analysts think our future is very bright with 3 of the top 25 under 25 players in the league-

I'm not on ESPN+. Which three guys do they have and where? I'm assuming Zion and Ingram are two of them.

Sorry. It was a list put together by Bobby Marks, Kevin Pelton and Mike Schmitz. Their list had:

    #2 - Zion
    #9 - Ingram
    #25 - Ball

Figured I would say that's right

Makes absolute sense to me to have Doncic first and Zion 2nd.

I can't see the full list, so I'm just speculating here, but I'm imagining they've probably got something really weird and (imo) egregiously wrong somewhere though. Like Trae Young listed above Jokic or something

Jokic aged out of the list, lol. They do have Trae 8th, ahead of SGA (10) and Bam (12). Incidentally for trade revisionists, Tatum is 3rd and Jaylen Brown 13th.

Ah, didn't realise Jokic had just turned 25 like 3 weeks ago. My bad.

Here's the list. A few issues with it.

    - Sabonis is too low
    - Jaren Jackson is too low
    - Bam is clearly better than Ingram
    - Morant isn't better than Trae
    - No idea why John Collins is below MPJ
    - Zach Lavine that high is weird.

    Exactly my thoughts too.

I can't see that one.....like....at all. Brown has a ceiling of being a 3rd in a Big 3 but will most likely just be a great 4th.....BI is shaping up to be a #1 or #2.....and is currently at Brown's ceiling.
    Good positive energy.

    But also, yo mama's fat.

How is b.i shaping up to be a one for two. Brown is clearly a more impact player right now. I could see brown being a 3rd option on a title team right now. I dont see b.i right now as a 1 or 2 on a title team

Personally I see brown and ingram as number 3 players on a team if you want to win a title.

I'm more on the brown train

Ball could jump into the top 15 (or higher) if he worked on the finer points of his game. There is a reason he was taken so high in the draft, and it wasn’t because his dad was a wannabe hype man like Flavor Flav.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

He worked on the shooting which was the most important. I’m sure he’ll work on his game around the rim in the offseason.

Brown is the better defender, for sure, but I think Ingram is the superior offensive player. That includes scoring and playmaking.

Agreed. I don’t think anyone saw this Zo coming to us in the trade, had the Lakers not known that we might not have gotten the ransom we did.

If Zo can figure out finishing at the rim, and stepping it up a notch on defense (which he is already good at) he will be a top tier pg. He isn’t a selfish guard, which is great to see.
