I dont even blame Zion for that last turnover. This team seems to be taught, stupidly, to always run to the 3 pt line on fast breaks.
Lonzo should have kept running to the rim to keep proper spacing. But they dont seem to be taught to do that.

It's bizarre. I've seen some twitter people blame it on ''analytics'' but that's nonsense: analytics tells you the most efficient shot, with the highest expected point value, is the wide open layup. That should always be priority #1
