    Smart finally looks healthy though.
I know, I've been watching a fair amount of Celtics this year because Smarf is great. The issue is that they've been playing around lots of injuries all year and are still consistently finding ways to pull games out of nowhere. Take last game for example: they played Orlando. No Tatum, no Brown, no Kanter, no Time Lord, and they won by 11. They're 30-14 for a reason, basically. Of course a game like that is winnable, especially if they're missing Brown/Tatum still and because they're on the road, but given how we've been playing for the last 4 games or so, it's not like we can count on taking advantage of those issues.

Does that really make a difference? Nuggets were banged up too.

I’ll bump it for you. We are not going to playoffs in Gentry coaches like this!

If your playoff expectations changed after tonight, it's because for some reason you were expecting a win against the Bucks. That's a you problem.

Had lead a halftime. Blow lead in 3rd. Take Zion out when we had a chance at comeback.

Had a lead at half time due to ridiculously hot shooting that naturally cooled off. Blew lead to the Bucks when they started shooting well. Sit Zion because he had played both the end of the 3rd and the first several minutes of the 4th.

Not sure why some fans seem to think Zion should be playing 45 minutes a night.

Should Ingram carry the load since Jrue does not want it?

Zion has been playing in the NBA less than a month. BI is on his 4th season. Giannis and Middleton are on their 7th and 8th.....neither one made The Leap until their 5th or 6th season. Hopefully BI is really hitting his stride in a year or two and Zion blossoms early.....but we were never going to win the finals this season. The Bucks just might. We played a great 40 min against them, tonight. Blew it in those 8 min. But that's a great sign from a young team.

We're on track. The expectations some have were not.

But hey at least we beat the Boston Celtics. How dare we beat a good team.

Maybe we are better off tanking rather than getting swept by Klutch Sports in 4.

That 8th seed hasnt gone anywhere yet.

But at this point, banking on other teams schedule catching up with them. So far San Antonio and Phoenix have complied. Portland lost bad to Denver. Now just need Memphis' easy flight to hit some turbulence. It just might since they finally have to hit the road for a while.

The problem is, with the Pelicans style of play and coaching, they can't be trusted to beat the Hawks right now. So it's going to be a wild ride.

I was impressed with how we played against the best team in the NBA or at least the East. They had to fight us off the entire game. Being 4 1/2 games out isn't insurmountable but we have to hit a winning streak to make it. Also, its Portland not Memphis we have to watch out for.

Stephen A Smith is SHOCKED that rookie in his 7th career game has trouble in game where he's primarily double teamed by MVP/DPOY frontrunner and top 5 shot blocker!

Why are we supposed to pay attention to this idiot?

So now the solution is give Zion little playing time as possible? If it’s a faster way of getting rid of Gentry then I’m for it.

...Why would that be the solution? Where did I say anything like that? You just pulled that nonsense out of nowhere.

The solution is to keep giving Zion tons of minutes and playing time, and to simultaneously recognise that he's a 19 year old rookie who has played fewer than a dozen games at the NBA level and that he will therefore have tough games here and there. Same as any rookie. Why on earth would the solution be to play him as little as possible? That's just ridiculous.

How’s the learning curve for Ja Morant going?

Up and down, just like any rookie. Of course it's been majority positive, but Zion's been majority positive too.

Just like Zion got rooked by Giannis, Morant got rooked against us two weeks ago when he got held to 35% shooting and lost the game. Morant's had tons of bad offensive games, like when he went 2/12 against San Antonio, or 3/13 with 6 turnovers against Orlando. It happens to rooks. They have occasional bad games. Who cares?
