    Okafor on fire

Poor from the guys there to leave Oak without any options. Don’t know if that was by design, but somebody should have showed for Oak

Big time. Glad I’m not the only one who saw it

Oak is having a good game. This is the difference between a losing and a winning mentality. You have players step up when needed

It's amazing what a performance like this will do to smokescreen Okafor's issues. I'm already seeing some of the Twitter people come out to bat for him

I'm genuinely surprised by how bad Detroit are

I don’t think it gets much better than having Okafor as your 3rd center. When all 3 of our centers are healthy I would say they compliment each other maybe better then any 3 in the entire NBA. I have been saying this for a while as well. The kid again is going 24 years old! Duncan was 21-21 years old his rookie year. Not that Okafor has some potential to turn into a Duncan but he has lots of time to continue his development as well and become a better player. What this team is missing is not Centers it is another capable PF who can play the 5 in a small ball lineup. Zion will be a huge addition to the group obviously. Even when Zion comes back I still see the need to have this player on the team. A versatile athletic PF who can play the small ball 5 and not be stuck in sand when switching on a SF who will backup Zion. Okafor IMO is a part of our future.

Big Oak putting in work 1st half!
Actual proof Greivis Vasquez can throw Anthony Davis an Alley-OOP on an (kinda) fastbreak!

Okafor has done this a ton of times in his career. No one is saying Okafor doesn’t have issues but he also has very valuable talents he can bring to a team. No not as our starting Center but as a backup to Hayes/Favors it doesn’t get much better. If he has to spot start a game and has guys like Zion/Ingram around him you can cover up for a lot of his weaknesses and bring out the positive he brings. Your biases are hard to see that but yes Okafor is a very solid backup who can continue to improve.

im loving the personal battle between okafor and drummond lol......

we still need to trade him to a team he fit for a backup stretch that can backup at the 4 and 5 who gentry will play....

The first five minutes of the 3rd quarter are going to be huge. Keep it running.
    Good positive energy.

    But also, yo mama's fat.

You can tell they are playing like their backs against the wall.

I feel the urgency. Cheatham gave us great minutes as well.

The way Franks playing right now, I would honestly play him majority minutes in the second half at the guard position.

i like okafor because he is the only player that play bully ball for us and can score in the paint but gentry dont play him and thats why i want him to go to a team that he fit so he can play and we get a player that fit gentry style....

a win for okafor and us...

we should be up big time if we stop the sloppiness with the wild passes...
