Thread: How many losses in a row for Gentry to get fired in season?

  1. #26
    Eleventy billion.

I don't see him getting fired. Zion's absence is probably the final x factor.

It doesn't matter. None of these wins or losses matter. Gentry isn't the long term coach of this team anyway. And I don't want to give some unfair edge to Chris Finch anyway just because our schedule is going to get easier and we'll have Zion back soon.

I want our next coach to need to win over Griffin and Langdon the same as anyone else. No edge from developing rapport with Zion and company. No push from anyone. They should be the best candidate with the most to offer the next level of our rebuild.

This would be a great poll question.

It's not easy. Excellence won't just fall to this team. Griffin and Co. will have to do their due diligence and hire a bright coach likely some college coach or lowly assistant( a la Brad Stevens or Erik Spostra).
