The talent is there. The team is just very very bad and poorly coached. Glad we were at least able to cut the lead before the half.
Nobody can defend NAW Benching with trotting out with Moore's poor play with zero upside.

Not like Moore is playing bad though. The one who I have trouble with playing before NAW is Lonzo.

One thing Lonzo does decently well is play passing lanes. But I'm utterly over his inability to drive the ball through traffic.
I can't believe I never noticed he didn't have the handle for it.
You're right. Moore is more streaky good role player than a bad player. I think of the bigger picture too much, and I really don't like playing Moore with having no upside and he's probably gone sooner than later.

We live or die by the iso ball. I mean I’ll take it, but if we want to become a better team, this is what we need to stray away from. Defenses love not having to move an inch. They will take a face up jumper every time regardless of whether it goes in or not. Why? Because they don’t waste a bit of energy chasing the ball
It also relies on the shooter being able to shoot off the dribble which is often a very poor shot

We would have a winning record if games were all reffed fairly. And it isn't just Gentry. This has been going on every season I've been a fan. I would love to see someone do a cross reference comparison of players when they are with us and when they play elsewhere. I bet CP3, AD, Gordon, Tyson and all got more foul calls away from us.

I knew Ingram's insanely hot shooting would cool off eventually. He just has to make it through his slump.
I know he's hit several of them, but again, the lack of driving comes up for Lonzo. He's taken 11 shots: 8 of them are threes.
3 shots inside the arc all night, and he's played 33 minutes.
That's not good enough.
