I think it's usually a good sign when an organisation reaches out to their ex-guys and gets them involved. It's like how Griff talks about sustainable, intergenerational greatness, but retrospectively. Reaching back into the past to fold older guys who maybe didn't do that much winning with us before and making them a part of our winning moving forward.
