Lebron wont wait a year. They trade for him this year, or they will have to use all their cap space and have no way to get him next year.

This. If they want to keep Lebron happy they'll have to max someone this year to make sure they're a playoff team next year. Means they won't be able to afford AD. They have to trade for him, or else sacrifice another year of Lebron's fading prime. Not a good look.
