Great offensive coordinator... terrible head coach. Been saying this since day one.
He's had his chance and we have failed. Once we hired him we were immediately set back and besides last year's miracle run at the end of the year, the entire Gentry tenure has been a massive disappointment. Barring another run like that again, he should be let go even if we try to go all in with AD next year.
The worst I can remember and this goes back to Jeff Bower and company. He has no idea how to manage a game. He can’t adjust and make a decent rotation to save his life. Why would anyone play Tim Frazier?
We had no business being that close to winning last night. We lose a close game to a good team on the road without 3 of our main horses and Gentry is a bad coach.
