With this win, we push Memphis out of the way and move into 13th place in the conference, and also secure the tie-breaker against them.
If LA can manage to beat Dallas (it's currently tied in the 3rd quarter for them), then we also leapfrog Dallas and move into 12th. We also own the tie-breaker against Dallas, if it comes down to that.

You're right, for some reason my brain had us beating Memphis twice. Which it should have been, if we didn't choke.
But yeah, still, good signs. Jazz losing to Milwaukee tonight also means we're only 1 game behind them in the loss column.

Cleveland again. We win that, we're 20-22, on a win streak, the record starts looking a little prettier. Makes the team feel a little better heading into a sequence of actual, real, tough games.

Why I said that 35 point victory over Cleveland was significant. That defense carried over to tonight. They aren't doing the stupid unnecessary swithces anymore. No free runs to the rim.
Opposite of what happened in their last L. Hopefully Niko back Weds.
Both the Cavs and Wolves will be playing the second night of a back to back for this weeks slate of games. And we'll have only two games in those five days. Will also be interesting to see how the Wolves respond to the big shakeup.
And isn't Mirotic slated to return? We could be on a 5-6 tear at the end of the week.
