Writing that ''31'' in the title today hurt. Last game was awful for the tank. Not only did we take a win, but we handed a loss to the very team we're trying to leapfrog. Awful awful awful.
Tonight we have a chance to put things back on the right track. Orlando are not a great team, with only a 33-39 record, but fortunately for them they are in the Eastern conference and that record puts them at the 9th seed. They are only 1.5 games behind the Miami Heat for the 8th seed, so they're trying to make the best of things right now and push through with wins. So, luckily, they should actually want to beat us.
What I want to happen tonight: I want Frank to have a 20 point game, and I want Elfrid to put up a 6th consecutive triple double just because it would be funny if he had like 8 in a row before the streak snaps. Would make him feel good about himself, be fun to watch, and just be a funny stat. Randle can take as many shots as he wants, and seeing Kenrich hustle is always fun.
That's all I want. I don't need a win, thank you. We can lose, that's okay. We still suck on the road, so hopefully that will pull through and we can take an L and get this tank train back on track!

I missed the game live because I was asleep, and I watched it back when I woke up and wow. This is one of the few games where the box score pretty much just tells the story.
Payton: 7pts, 3rbds, 2asts, 3/7 shooting, -24 +/-
Randle: 6pts, 3rds, 2asts, 1/9 shooting, -25 +/-
Okafor: 9pts, 8rbds, 3asts, 4/12 shooting, -9 +/-
Miller: 7pts, 2rbds, 4asts, 3/10 shooting (1/7 from 3!), -6 +/-
The only real bright spots? Well, Frank had 14 points on 6/17 shooting, which isn't great, but he did shoot 40% from three which is nice. Kenrich had 4 steals and his knack for rebounding is still there. Diallo had 7 points and 11 boards in 18 minutes, which is nice. That's about it.
Just an ugly, ugly game. I'll take the loss but wow. -
